Nesteruk Philipp Gennadyevich , PhD. of Computer Science, Senior researcher of Laboratory of Computer Security Problems, St. Petersburg Institute for Informatics and Automation of the Russian Academy of Science. Graduated from Omsk State Technical University (2000), FINEC, and St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics, received his Ph.D. degree (2005) (Department of Secure Information Technology) Main publications are related to the areas of adaptive systems of information security, neural networks, fuzzy logic.
